As a Partnership Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our relationships with Tier 1 media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Google. You will ensure these partnerships are managed with precision — maintaining financial discipline, supporting our clients' media operations, and unlocking the commercial and strategic value these alliances offer.
Partnership Operations & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact with Tier 1 publishers (Meta, TikTok, Google). Cultivate strong working relationships across partner teams to improve A65's standing within their partnership programs, secure favourable credit terms, and gain access to exclusive partner benefits and co-marketing opportunities.
Credit Forecasting & Limit Management
Develop and maintain accurate credit forecasts across the A65 client portfolio. Monitor client media spend in real time to ensure usage of company's credit lines remains within approved thresholds, proactively flagging and addressing any risk of limit breaches before they occur.
Finance Coordination & Timely Payments
Work closely with the internal finance team to ensure all partner invoices are reconciled and settled on schedule. Maintain a payment tracker and serve as the liaison between partners and finance to prevent overdue balances that could jeopardise credit standing or platform access.
Policy Issue Escalation & Resolution
Act as the escalation point for platform policy challenges encountered by the company clients and internal team members. Triage issues effectively, engage the appropriate partner contacts for resolution, and communicate outcomes clearly to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Pipeline & Brand Leverage
Identify and activate opportunities to leverage partner brand associations, co-selling programmes, and platform incentives to support the company's business development efforts and strengthen its reputation in the market.
